What does a city of the future look like? How does a municipality have to adapt and change today? How can it position and present itself attractively on the job market to attract new talent? The Heidelberg municipality is an organization with 3,000 employees spread across more than 30 departments. From kindergarten to climate model city – the range of tasks is diverse and demanding. In order to find answers to all of these questions, I will support the city of Heidelberg in a major strategy project in the coming months.
