Continental is the world's fourth-largest tire manufacturer. The German company was founded in 1871 and stands today for ‚The Future in Motion‘. Together with CAA/The Green Network I worked on a Sustainability Strategy for one of their business units: bicycle tires. We reviewed and analyzed the customers’ needs (B2B and B2C), the key competitors’ activities, the market’s benchmarks, and ultimately the brand’s potential. The analysis allowed us to come up with a sound set of recommendations and implications for the future strategy.
