How does a city administration have to change today? We look back on a comprehensive and participatory strategy process over the last few months: brand, competitive and trend analysis, interviews, focus groups, online panel and workshops. The result: a solid strategic basis for the Heidelberg city administration, consisting of vision, mission, values, value proposition and narrative.
