Taking some days off in the middle of nowhere to recharge, reflect and rethink is golden. Together with two close friends of mine, we do exactly that once a year at random but always inspiring places. In February 2022, we made it happen for the fourth time: our Strategy Retreat. The mode: deep talk, silence, consideration, discussion, fun. As always: a great experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone to do this regularly: a personal strategy offsite to rethink your current (career) state and to envision where to go next.
